September has been a busy and productive month at Mountain View Ridge! The soffit installation has been finalized as planned, and as for the Tyvek, it’s about 60% complete, with the team making steady progress towards wrapping it up soon—literally and figuratively!
The mechanical systems are moving along smoothly, core cutting is complete and attic work for the mechanical and sprinkler systems set to finish by the end of this week. On the trades side, the rough-in work is cruising along without a hitch (no snooze-fest here!) Inside the building, the steel stud framing on the 4th floor is now complete, right on schedule. Bathtub installations are done too, bringing us one step closer to that long-awaited bubble bath!
On the homeowner side, while we’re waiting for sign-off confirmations on finishing selections, we’ve started ordering materials based on our designer’s guidance to keep everything moving forward. Electrical work is also progressing well, with cable pulling underway in the attic and the electrical walkthrough for the 4th floor scheduled to wrap up this week.
Looking ahead to October, our big milestone will be installing the gypcrete, which will mark another major step in the project’s progress. All teams are dedicated to keeping everything on track, no matter what challenges come our way!
