As October comes to a close, Mountain View Ridge has been making steady progress, and we’ve hit a few big milestones worth celebrating.
This month, we received the plumbing inspection report for rough-ins on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. Everything’s looking good, and with electrical rough-ins scheduled for inspection on October 31, we’re keeping momentum on all floors.
The Gypcrete? It went down nice and “smooth.” Tyvek wrapping, on the other hand, we hit a slight delay, but the siding contractor arrived on-site last week and is making good progress. We’re aiming to have the Tyvek fully wrapped by the end of next week and expect an updated schedule from the siding team soon.
Sprinkler systems are coming together, with installation on the 2nd and 3rd floors underway. Once the sprinkler work is finished, we’ll be testing the lines to make sure everything’s fire-safe.
While bathtubs were the big focus last month, October has been all about completing drop ceiling framing and working on the electrical, mechanical, and sprinkler rough-ins. We’ve also been tackling backing installations for kitchens, vanities, bathroom accessories, and TVs—this will continue over the next few weeks to keep everything moving forward.
The 4th-floor electrical walkthroughs went smoothly, so things are in place there. For homeowners, if you haven’t signed into the COO or completed selections, please reach out soon! We’re proceeding with the details Cheryl, our designer, has shared, so any updates would be helpful.
As we move into November, we’re excited to see Mountain View Ridge continue to take shape. More updates to come!
