Seasons Greetings!
Thank you to everyone who took Josh and Jignish’s calls recently and worked with us through the unexpected few-month setback. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate the complexities of this project. While the original timeline aimed for an earlier completion, we’re now targeting March and are working hard to stay on track for this revised finish date.
As November came to a close, Mountain View Ridge continues to take shape! Electrical inspections for the 2nd and 3rd floors are now complete, clearing the way for the next phases of work. Inside, drywalling is finished on the 4th and 3rd floors, with taping progress on the 4th floor. Backing installations for kitchens, vanities, bathroom accessories, and TVs are also finished—an important step in preparing these spaces for final detailing.
On the exterior, the Tyvek wrapping is in place to protect the building, and siding work is progressing steadily. The vinyl siding on the 4th and 3rd-floor decks is complete, with the 2nd-floor deck 90% finished. Next, the siding team will focus on completing the shorter sides of the building to stay aligned with our schedule.
We’re also making progress on critical safety features. The sprinkler system has passed all tests, ensuring fire safety measures are in place. In the coming weeks, the team will shift focus to drywalling the 2nd floor, finishing taping on the lower levels, and preparing for flooring installation on the 4th floor. Primer application is set to begin soon, adding the first layers of personality to the interiors.
Although there is still much to do, we are steadily advancing toward completion. Your support and understanding have been invaluable, and we’ll continue to keep you updated as Mountain View Ridge moves closer to becoming your dream home and community.
