We’re excited to bring you the first construction update for Corman Heights!
Warman is a fantastic location—close to services and the golf course while maintaining a rural feel. A walking path runs right behind the development, providing easy access to green space for residents. The project itself is designed with extra land, ensuring plenty of open space and ample parking.
Warman has a strong sense of community, excellent local services, and great restaurants. It’s far enough from the city to feel independent, not just like another suburb, which adds to its appeal.
After a successful build in Martensville, we had Warman on our radar for a long time but couldn’t find the right piece of land—until now. When this opportunity came up, it was the perfect time to bring a modern, energy-efficient condominium project to the area.
The project is officially moving forward, and interest has been strong. Our sales incentive for the first eight buyers is nearly used up, so if you’re considering a unit, now is the time!

- Permitting & Contracts – The full set of drawings has been submitted, and once the building permit is secured, we’ll start issuing contracts.
