Exciting times are ahead at Mountain View Ridge! Starting Tuesday, February 4, Tim Jones will begin
reaching out to schedule move-in dates. No special preparations are needed for these calls—just pick up
and get ready for the next steps! As we get closer to move-in, we’ll be sending out more frequent
announcements and important details to ensure a smooth transition.
Inside the building, major milestones are coming together. The first coat of paint is now complete in all suites,
and cabinetry has been fully installed on all floors. Flooring is also done throughout, keeping the interiors on
track. The final coat of paint for the fourth floor is set to begin next week, with most of the second-stage
carpentry wrapped up on the fourth and third floors.
On the exterior, siding is sitting at 90% completion. A recent city permit approval will allow the team to close
the sidewalk and access the north side this weekend, pushing us closer to the finish line. Deck railings are
well underway—50% installed on the third and fourth floors—with glass measurements already taken for the
next steps.
Kitchen and bathroom fixture installations are making great progress on the fourth floor, now 75% complete.
The team is set to move onto the third floor by the end of this week or early next week.
One of the biggest upcoming milestones is the elevator installation, which will begin in the middle of next
week. As move-ins begin, we appreciate everyone’s patience—one person per day will be scheduled to use
the elevator to keep the process smooth and organized. Behind the scenes, the team is working hard to
finalize the last steps, including waiting on permanent power, which is expected next week, to get everything
up and running on schedule.
