From pre-construction to handing you the keys, we’ve answered your most common questions about Span West condos.

Are there special accessible units available?

Yes — at Place du Canal (Beaumont), two accessible units are designed for residents with physical disabilities

Is there heated, EV-friendly, or pet-equipped parking?

Yes — all parkades are ground-level and heated. Many are EV-friendly, and some buildings even include pet wash stations

Are there community gardens or green spaces?

Yes — several properties feature outdoor community gardens with raised beds. Others back onto parks or green space and include balcony gardens or canal/park views.

Can I have pets in the building?

Pet policies vary by project. Confirm with property management, realtor or condo board.

Will I get to meet with an interior decorator to choose finishes?

Early buyers will work one-on-one with our interior decorator to customize their home.

Can I customize my condo before construction is complete?

When you purchase early, you can work with our skilled interior decorator to select finishes such as flooring, cabinetry, countertops, light fixtures, and paint colours.
